General

The Sirokoru online store is a marketplace where products are sold by Sirokoru (0369019-0, Hallimestarinkatu 9, 20780 Kaarina, 02 2424 600). Sirokoru reserves the right to change these terms of delivery by unilateral decision without prior notice.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Delivery and shipping costs

You can choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout of the online store. Free domestic delivery. The transport services of Posti and Matkahuolto are available in Finland.

The delivery costs included in the order are displayed on the shop's checkout page in connection with the delivery method and in the order summary. The chosen delivery method and the content of the order affect the delivery costs.

Delivery time

The delivery times of the products are indicated in the product information. As a general rule, the delivery time is 5 days, but may vary by product or delivery method. Any different delivery times will be announced separately on the online store's website.

Right of return

Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of return starting from the order date according to the Consumer Protection Act.

Products that are manufactured or modified at the customer's request according to the customer's special requirements are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. These products are also not eligible for any voluntary return or exchange policy.

This applies to modifications or customizations requested by the customer that go beyond the standard options offered for the product.
